Entrant to the video competition ‘What I like about Xen-Do’ Luka……. tells us a bit more about herself:
I joined Xen-Do Kickboxing and Martial Arts in Golders Green in September 2014 and have progressed to my red / white belt.
My most memorable Xen-Do moment was when I received my very first belt – WOW! I will always remember that time.
I pay attention to what I eat and try to have a ‘super food’ diet which I cannot live without:
Breakfast is chunky oats with various seeds and banana.
For lunch I have hummus and buckwheat with more seeds such as chia and flax.
I adore salad with spinach and to drink it has got to be Juice – especially pineapple and coconut juice.
As you can see I try to keep up with the super food trends and try out all the latest ideas, they don’t all suit me but it is important to keep my body fit.
In my quest to keep fit and up to date I attend health and well being seminars as well as motivational talks.
When I do have some spare time I like to travel and spend time helping family and friends.
