At Xen-Do Kickboxing and Martial Arts London when we say we can benefit everyone we mean it. Xen-Do Clubs are truly inclusive, so if you are looking to improve your overall fitness, like the idea of taking up Martial Arts and want to feel more confident both on the streets and in your life or career, why not take up our offer of a FREE trial?
Our Instructors – Sensei’s in Martial Arts terms – have in most cases trained for at least as long as any professional; they are here to advise and guide you, especially if you are feeling unsure or have questions to ask. Xen-Do student Paul Ryb did just that and here is what he has to say:
“A few years ago I lost a considerable amount of my sight and realised if I was going to get by I needed to not only get fit but find a suitable sport to enhance my hand eye co-ordination and balance. The answer I found was Xen-Do.
“The sport has helped me with my confidence, strength and all round fitness enabling me to get on with my life despite my disability. The staff are extremely welcoming and the facilities excellent.
“I would have no hesitation in recommending people of all backgrounds and abilities to give it a go. For me there is nothing better. I also believe the sport has ensured I maintain a level of fitness that helped me retain my British No 1 Visually Impaired Tennis title earlier this month. Thanks to Xen-Do London Senseis Denise and Alex.”
