Xen-Do School of Martial Arts is a successful and rapidly expanding martial arts organisation. We are currently looking to recruit instructors to add to our team.

Instructors will be self-motivated and able to teach a kickboxing class with enthusiasm, confidence and passion.

The only requirement is to be physically fit and ideally you will have some experience in the martial arts. Good time keeping skills are essential as our dojos run on efficiency and professionalism which allows us to deliver impeccable customer service. The ability to inspire students when teaching a class is something we value very highly here at Xen-Do.

The successful candidates will be working on a self-employed basis. Teaching our students will be your primary function and therefore you will be expected to master our unique martial arts system in order to teach effectively from our curriculum. Instructors will be offered a training programme upon starting. This will give them the necessary tools to grasp all aspects of the Xen-Do system.

Further to this, instructors will be expected to engage in all areas of business including administration and cleaning as well as marketing and sales.

You will be expected to work at different locations across Central London. Hours can vary and instructors will be expected to work in shift patterns.
