Why choosing Xen-Do gives you a Great Body!. Most people are increasingly short of time trying to balance work, family and exercise.

The good news is that lengthy exercise sessions are not necessary, in fact Dai Master Rafael Nieto, founder of Xen-Do Kickboxing and Martial Arts London says “lengthy, repetitive training will not give you the result you are looking for. You are likely to get bored and skip sessions when you run out of time and the muscle memory effect will negate the extra time spent anyway!”

The Xen-Do curriculum gives you everything you want and more in a one hour session. It is a highly developed ‘hybrid’ system where you continuously develop your Martial Arts Skills, achieve a chart topping, full body workout and have fun with like minded friends in the Xen-Do community.

“The Xen-Do Kickboxing and Martial Arts curriculum is based on an historic and authentic Martial Arts system,” says Dai Master Raf, “it was handed down to me by Grand Master Mejii Suzuki and I have refined it into a beautifully simple yet effective form as proven at the Barcelona Kickboxing and Martial Arts Tournament in June 2015 where Team Xen-Do won six medals.

Xen-Do’s World Class instructors (Senseis), ensure that every student achieves their personal best so everyone is always progressing. This means Xen-Do students see and feel the benefits of exercise, mentally and physically with a great sense of well being that pervades their lives.”

Choosing what form of exercise is best for you is an important decision, why not book a FREE Xen-Do trial lesson and experience Dai Master Raf’s training approach for yourself?
