Yoga Sessions Every Saturday at Mayfair
This month we would like to offer all members yoga classes every Saturday at 2 pm! It will be no added cost to your membership, and you are welcome to attend as many as you wish throughout this month.
With our motto being ‘Fit for Life’ we would like to help our students to have a healthy lifestyle for both the body and mind. We have introduced yoga to our luxury Mayfair location to give our students the opportunity to gain the benefits that it can bring. Yoga is known to relieve stress and anxiety and to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. It has been proven that yoga can improve mood and increase energy levels.
Not only should these have a positive impact on your lifestyle, but they will also help with your kickboxing classes. It will help to improve your kicks, stamina, and progression towards your next belt.
These lessons will be held every Saturday at 2 pm at 35 South Audley Street, Mayfair. If you would like to join the class you will need to contact us directly to book in by calling 0207 493 2761 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to confirm your request and book you in. You are more than welcome to bring a friend along with you, you’ll just need to register with a +1.
