Important Announcement | Temporary Dojo Closure
Further to the government announcement, Xen-Do will be shut from Thursday, 5 November. We will be suspending ALL memberships for the month of November, which will reactivate automatically in December (unless you have already made alternative arrangements with your club).
Memberships paid on the 1st of November have already been debited by our finance company and these members will not be charged on the 1st of December. All other classes paid for and not taken will be credited on return. All members who pay on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of the month can recoup all of their classes when they return. Members do not need to contact us to suspend memberships.
During this closure period, Xen-Do Online classes will be continuing with new content added for all levels. You can follow along with your favorite Senseis to train from the comfort of your own home. We will also be continuing with one-to-one private classes in the park, please email info@xen-do.com to book in!

Q. I have just paid my monthly membership and have not been able to take all classes. Will I lose these?
A. No classes will be lost because of this situation. All classes paid for can be recouped when you return.
Q. Should I cancel my Direct Debit?
A. No, please do not cancel your direct debit instructions as this is unnecessary and no payments will be taken. Once memberships reactivate, you run the risk of accruing late fees if payment cannot be taken on time. If there is a change to the reactivation of the memberships in December, we will be in contact again with more information on your membership.
Q How does this freeze affect my membership?
A. Freeze periods do not count towards your membership and all freeze periods will be added to the end of your minimum term contract. Upfront membership expiry dates will be extended accordingly.
Q. How do online classes work?
A. Our online memberships are available at www.xendovirtualtraining.com. Access to our member’s areas gives you martial arts classes with your favorite Senseis, how-to videos, a full Xen-Do belt curriculum, face technique videos, and more! Stay tuned for more content and new classes.
Q. How do I book a park class?
A. To adhere to the new government guidelines, we will only be offering one-to-one private classes in the park. To book in, please email info@xen-do.com and we’ll be happy to arrange a parking package and book your class.
