Happy Halloween: Xen-Do Style

Xen-Do crew in halloween costumn

Small goblins, vampires, witches and ghosts are filling our streets and knocking on our doors to ask for sweets! On our commutes home we may pass a zombie stumbling off the train that isn’t partial to a pint or two and we could encounter a mummy that the andrex puppy would just adore. It’s the day that every year the streets get a little scarier, the dark is a little more unnerving and we can feel the magic and supernatural in the air!

If you are an adrenaline junkie, then a trial class at one of our dojos would be perfect for you. It is 45 minutes to an hour class that is assured to get your heart racing. Freddy Krueger has nothing on our Senseis (besides, what is scarier than push ups). Just like any good horror film the question is, do you brave the basements alone at our Goodge or Baker Street locations? Do you dare enter the dojo at Seymour knowing the danger you may encounter? Book in for an introductory lesson and find out!

A benefit of Xen-Do is that the day you are faced with a skeleton or a true monster you will have developed a skill to defend yourself against it. It is a hobby, a stress relief, a skill and most importantly it’s a lot of fun. With the knowledge of your combinations, practice on the bag and pad work you can protect yourself and make any poltergeist become Casper the friendly ghost!

We wish everyone a Happy Halloween! Be safe and have fun on this fright night!
