Dai Master Raf lauded in the Spanish Press

Dai Master Raf from London is considered a legend in the United Kingdom and recognised by the Henry Cooper foundation for his inspirational work with young people.”

Such was the recent headline following Dai Master Raf – the founder of Xen-Do London – leading Team Xen-Do to victory in the Barcelona Kickboxing and Martial Arts tournament.

Dai Master Raf’s contribution to raising the profile and success of Martial Arts in Spain and the UK was acknowledged putting this down to his ‘fit for life’ philosophy where Xen-Do’s Kickboxing and Martial Arts curriculum provides a chart topping workout, martial arts skills and lots of fun in a hybrid, one hour session.

Dai Master Raf also ran a Master Class in association with the President of Wamai International, Master Ricardo Gress and the delegate from the Wamai Levante area, Master Carlos Dario.

In his inspirational new video, Dai Master Rafael Nieto, founder of Xen-Do Kickboxing and Martial Arts, London immerses us in the excitement of the dojo so we feel the adrenaline and endorphin packed energy released by the students as Xen-Do’s World Class Senseis take them towards their Black Belt and beyond.

‘If my mind can conceive it
and my heart can believe it
