Boost your memory and brainpower with Xen-Do’s Winter Health Plan 8

Boost your memory and brainpower

Exercise increases brainpower, Louise O’Driscoll, Xen-Do’s affiliated Holistic Health Coach explains:- various studies have shown that cardiovascular exercise can create new brain cells, with a tough workout boosting levels of a brain derived protein known as BDNF, believed to improve decision making and logical thinking.

Physical training has been shown to improve memory and learning. Positive links have also been shown between children’s levels of brain development and their physical fitness. An even better reason to enrol your kids at Xen-Do as early as possible!

For older Xen Do members, feel smug about the fact that regular training and a healthy diet could be staving off cognitive decline as it prevents age-related degeneration of the hippocampus, the part of the brain used for memory and learning.
