Kickboxing and Martial Arts Training for Seniors & Intermediate

Here at Xen-Do, we provide first-class martial arts training for adults who have achieved a red belt or higher. If you’re someone who is looking to improve their skills and take their training to the next level, you’ve come to the right place.

Our classes are designed to challenge you and push you to your limits. We believe that every student has the capability to be great, and we strive to help them reach their full potential. Our instructors are highly trained and passionate about martial arts, and they work hard to provide the best possible training experience for our students.

What can one expect from a senior class?

Our classes run for one hour and are focused on developing your skills through a combination of pad work, bag work, and practicing basic techniques and combinations. We believe that a solid foundation is essential to advancing in your martial arts training. We teach a variety of techniques from various martial arts disciplines. To get the most out of our classes, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to stretch and prepare for the session. We also hold gradings every five weeks, which take place at the end of the lesson. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your skills and earn your next belt.
To participate in our classes, you’ll need to bring your own equipment. This includes a t-shirt, trousers, boots, gloves, and bag. Additionally, you’ll need sparring gear, such as a gum shield, shin guards, and breast/groin guards.
We understand that it can be intimidating to try out a new gym, which is why we offer trial classes for people who are interested in joining. This is a great opportunity to get a feel for our classes and meet our instructors. We believe that a welcoming and supportive environment is essential to creating a positive training experience, and we work hard to ensure that all of our students feel welcome and included.
