Beginner Kickboxing Classes

Our dojo is the perfect place for adults who want to get in shape, learn new skills, and challenge themselves. We offer a range of classes for all skill levels, including our introductory class for those with no belt to orange belt grades.

Our introductory class is designed to be a welcoming and supportive environment for new students. In this one-hour class, you will learn the basics of Kickboxing, including pad work and bag work, practicing basic techniques and combinations. You will need to come prepared with the appropriate equipment, including a t-shirt, trousers, boots, gloves, and a bag.

What to expect from a beginners class?

If you’re new to Kickboxing, our introductory class is the perfect place to start. You’ll be in the company of other beginners, and our experienced instructors will guide you through each step of the way. Our instructors are experts in martial arts, and they will help you learn proper technique and form to ensure that you get the most out of each class.
At our dojo, we offer trial classes for those who want to try out our introductory class before committing to a membership. You can book your trial class through our website or by calling our studio. Our trial classes are a great way to get a feel for our dojo and see if our classes are right for you.
We hold gradings every 5 weeks, which takes place at the end of your lesson. This is an opportunity for you to test your skills and progress to the next level. We encourage all of our students to participate in gradings as it gives you a sense of accomplishment and motivates you to continue learning and improving.
It’s important to arrive at least 10 minutes early to stretch and get yourself ready for the class. This helps to prevent injury and ensures that you are mentally and physically prepared for the class. We recommend that you bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the class.
