Mixed grade martial art classes

Welcome to our London based mixed grade kickboxing and martial arts classes, designed for adult students with all belt grades to join! Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned martial artist, our classes are tailored to meet your needs and help you achieve your fitness goals.

What to expect from our mixed grade classes?

Our classes are either 45 minutes or one hour long, giving you enough time to perfect your skills and techniques. During the class, you will need the appropriate equipment, including a t-shirt, trousers, boots, gloves, and a bag. This will help you feel more comfortable during training, and ensure that you are adequately protected.

To get the most out of our classes, we recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early. This will give you time to stretch and get yourself ready for the class. It is also an excellent opportunity to speak with our instructors and fellow students and ask any questions you may have.

At our classes, we welcome everyone, regardless of their level of experience. If you have never taken a martial arts class before, don’t worry, as our friendly and experienced instructors will guide you through every step of the process.
If you are not sure whether our classes are right for you, you can book in for a trial class. This will give you a chance to experience what it is like to train in our classes, and decide whether you want to continue. We are confident that you will love our classes, and the results that come with them.
Our classes are designed to be challenging, but fun. You will have the opportunity to engage in pad work and bag work, which will help you develop your coordination, power, and speed. You will also practice your basics and combinations, to help you improve your form and technique.
Every five weeks, we hold a grading at the end of the usual lesson. This gives you a chance to demonstrate your progress and receive feedback from our experienced instructors. We believe that the grading system is an essential part of martial arts training, and it helps you stay motivated and focused on your goals.

These disciplines also provide a great outlet for stress relief, allowing you to leave everything on the mat and walk away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
