Sensei Owen O’Toole

Owen’s martial arts journey began at just 11 years old, training in his back garden under the guidance of his dad, Sensei Gary—a veteran of the system himself. What started as a bonding activity quickly ignited a lifelong passion. Over the past six years, Owen’s dedication and ambition have only grown stronger, fuelled by the same system that first inspired his father.

Now a committed instructor, Owen thrives on pushing students to their limits—he believes in the power of hard work, sweat, and intensity. But for him, it’s not just about the physical challenge. Watching students grow technically and mentally is just as rewarding.

When he’s not in the dojo, Owen’s a big football fan—though martial arts will always come first. While his dad was his first true instructor, it was in the dojo with Sensei Levon that Owen truly began forging his own path.
