Join a successful business
Xen-Do operates full time Martial Arts clubs in first class locations with outstanding instructors and a commitment to providing excellence in both teaching and facilities.
We aim to open a number of new clubs around London and branch out further to make it possible for everyone to try Xen-Do! Of course we expect our instructors to be able to work anywhere around London on a rota covering clubs that might open from 9.30 am to 9pm seven days a week.
Become part of a winning team
At Xen-Do our aim is to create a working environment where people are committed to a common goal – a place where they are passionate about what they do, believe they can make a real difference to the success of the business and create a unique customer experience.
Under Dai Master Raf the Xen-Do team win at tournaments as well as teaching. We inspire our students to make the most of their lives and we do this in an environment where ego is left at the door and a great energy is made.

Our instructors are encouraged and supported to develop both their Martial Arts and business skills and specialist training sessions designed to keep Xen-Do pre-eminent in Martial Arts and a business enterprise that people want to be part of.
Opportunities at all levels
Xen-Do have programmes for apprentices or graduates. You must have some experience in Martial Arts and have reached blue belt or above. Whatever your previous experience you will learn the Xen-Do way through purposeful practice of the techniques that make Xen-Do such a powerful Martial Art form.
You will also need the aptitude to work with leading edge IT and business management systems but with the fundamental understanding that our business success is based on the magic our instructors create continuously at the dojo.
Duke of Edinbugh
Lots of our Teenagers are keen to use Xen-Do when it comes to their DoE awards and we are happy to help. We encourage kids to get on board with the programme as it keeps kids active and like Xen-Do it gives children life skills.
Xen-Do has helped many children with many sections of a DoE programme; most chose ‘Physical’ and we report their progress and development. Other students choose to ‘Volunteering’. One of our teenagers Felix, would come and help us with our Little and Junior classes alongside Sensei as part of his Duke of Edinburgh award.
If you aspire to be a champion and train/teach alongside our Senseis then you may be interested in having work experience at Xen-Do. For further information please contact our admin team: email@example.com.
With new clubs on the horizon, if you think you fit the bill, we want to hear from you now. We are always interested to hear from people with different backgrounds, experience, skills and personalities; this is what makes Xen-Do a unique experience offering a special and diverse place to work. If this is you then please ensure your personal qualities and CV meet the Xen-Do criteria above and send it to: firstname.lastname@example.org
