In April 2024 Sensei Anthony was invited on BBC Radio London to speak with Carrie Grant. It was a great interview discussing why Xen-Do is a great way to learn self-defence and the benefits for children to learn kickboxing. We did a self-defence class with Fifth In March 2024 we celebrated International Women’s Day by hosting a self-defence class with the woman at Fifth Season. They can to our Baker Street dojo for a lesson with Sensei Kuba and Sensei Luca – it was a great class and great having them in the dojo.

In October 2023 one of our Golders Green students brought her colleagues to a Master Raf class. It was a great way for the members at Chanel to bond and have a team building day while punching out any stress on the pads with our Senseis.

Congratulations to all our senior students that graded for Blue/White up to 3rd Dan yesterday at our Goodge Street dojo with Master Raf.

JAN 2025: Our Junior Champ, Angel graded for her Junior black belt with Sensei Paul at the beginning of the year. It is great to see kids train with Xen-Do to not just gain their new belts, but also confidence and independence in themselves.

FEB 2025: Sensei Anthony graded our Senior and Intermediate students for their blue belts and above.

FEB 2025: A few Senseis went to Birmingham to fight in the Iska British Championships. Sensei Ryan fought in 85-90kg continuous kickboxing and came home with the gold medal! 🥇

APR 2025: Joshua Iyalla stepped into the Xen-Do studio and broke 3 Guinness world records IN 1 DAY!! : most full extension punches in one minute (male) without gloves, with gloves, and with 1kg weights… and he did it all on his first attempt 👊2025
July 2025: Xen-Do Around the World – some of our students took the opportunity on their holidays to take Xen-Do with them. We love seeing students in their uniform travelling the world.

Oct 2025: Blue/White – Brown – congratulations ts that graded at Goodge Street with Master Raf. It was a gruelling 2.5 hours grading but it paid off and everyone achieved their well desevered belt.2025
